The special adapter transforms the NOVA® stroller into a bicycle trailer.
The tow bar is not considered a medical device because its functional use goes beyond the intended purpose of a medical device. It does not qualify as an accessory to a medical device, which, although not a medical device itself, is intended by the manufacturer to be used together with specific medical devices either to enable the use of the medical device in accordance with its intended purpose, or to specifically and directly support its medical functionality for that purpose. As a result, the tow bar is not eligible for the preferential VAT rate.
