RACER EVO^® stroller is equipped with swivel front wheels, thanks to which parents do not have a problem with using this device. This change is really beneficial due to the fact the buggy does not have to be lifted in order to overcome uneven grounds.

Moreover, it is really good for the child because he feels comfortable and, more to the point, it does not disturb the child’s perception. Young user has bigger chance to regain fitness and acquire new skills when nothing disturbs the child’s perception in the stroller.

Furthermore, front wheels are equipped with fixed direction of movement which is handy regarding uneven surfaces. New footrest adjustment facilitates the use of this rehab stroller and modern design does not suggest that it is created for people who need special care.

INDICATIONS

It is recommended in the following cases:

Cerebral palsy (CP) – various types and forms.
Brain and spinal cord injuries of various etiologies with limb paresis, severe balance disturbances, and coordination impairments.
Demyelinating diseases (multiple sclerosis – MS, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis – ALS, and others).
Meningocele.
Muscle diseases with paresis and paralysis (including dystrophy, myasthenia gravis, polymyositis).
Genetic syndromes with limb paresis.
Degenerative and metabolic diseases of the nervous system.
Degenerative and rheumatic joint diseases.
Other diseases with limb paresis, paralysis, and musculoskeletal impairments.
After injuries, following traumatic brain injuries or spinal cord injuries with limb paresis and paralysis, particularly with quadriplegia (as part of the rehabilitation process or as permanent orthopedic support).

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Documented brain dysfunction while sitting in an upright position,

Fresh postoperative wounds or non-healing wounds in the back, pelvic area, hip joints, and thighs,
Users with mental disorders should not be left unattended in the device.
